Calendar Hacks for Introverts

Maintaining a balanced calendar can be really tough for introverts since we need so much downtime to reenergize. In this episode, I share my personal tips for creating lots of creative time in your calendar, limiting meetings (while still allotting ample time for them), and working in batches to maximize efficiency. This episode is also beneficial to extroverts who are looking for tips to increase creativity and a spark to get into flow.
